1: Which countries do you ship to?

4: What packaging do you use?
A:

Packaging Details: As for packaging, parcel is wrapped into an aluminum foil, no smell, no x-ray penetration and can not be detected even with the ION scanner. then packaged into a PlayStation or X-box carton so buyer receives stuff as though receiving a newly ordered game. We do also send customized packages(diplomatic sealed) which evade all custom checks. 8: I have paid and sent proof of payment but not received a shipping confirmation? 
A: Bank transfer and Western Union payments can take up to 5 working days. Crypto payments are instant but if we receive this after 10:30 pm then it will roll onto the next working day. Thank you for your patience! Your order will generally be shipped within 1 business days of us receiving payment.


9: When will my order arrive?
A: This depends on the service. Our shipping page has more info but for rough guides use the following estimates:

10: What if my order does not arrive?
A:  Your order will be reshipped if it has not arrived within Six(6) days maximum after shipping, unless it has been seized by customs. Your order will not be re-shipped if it was shipped by snail mail. Airmail is at your own risk.


11: Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?
A: If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam box. If you still have not received it then it may not go out until your payment has been confirmed.


12: Where is my tracking number?
A: For now we are sending tracking numbers  within 12 hours after shipping is confirm by us , please be patient, it will most often be sent the same day  it is shipped as we don’t receive the tracked till towards the end of the day, if not the following day you get you tracking details


13: How do I track my order?
A: You can track your package online, using the tracking number provided to you via email or Text message.

Will I Get a Tracking ID for My Order?

Yes, all orders are issued with tracking numbers. You will receive an email from our tracking department when your order has been assigned its tracking number.


14: My BTC payment is higher than Coinbase/Preev, why is this?

A: Crypto currencies require network fees which goes towards the ‘miners’, when you look at the price on an online exchange it does not take this price into account. Our price includes the network fee along with a fee charged by the payment provider. If you do not pay the total requested amount your funds will not be approved as paid!

What if I don’t send payment for my order?

If payment is not sent within 48 hours, your order will be canceled automatically.

SHIPPING

My package is going to the wrong destination or is lost?

We are not liable for any shipping address mistakes that are made when ordering. You will need to call UPS/USPS with your tracking information and see if they are able to correct this.

If a mistake is made during the ordering process with an address, you can email info@doorbell-pharmacy.com and we will be happy to correct it as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT right away if you have made a mistake on your order. E-mail us first.

No refunds or shipping insurance will be provided if your package is lost or stolen. We suggest choosing priority shipping and monitoring the tracking closely, especially if you are ordering quarter pounds options when buying weed strains.

When will my order be ship?

All orders are shipped within a 24-hour time-frame as long as payment has been sent and confirmed.

How long will shipping takes?

All orders are shipped out within 2-4 hours after of payment(payment must be done and confirmed immediately). If you pay for USPS Priority shipping your order should arrive within 1-2 business days, otherwise it should arrive within 3-5 business days via USP Xpress Post.
